Return Policy
This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Strongchfaunaiu may be returned or exchanged. We are based at 130 Bridge Rd, Pooraka SA 5095, Australia.
Return Period
Physical products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Digital products are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Eligible Items
The following products are eligible for return:
- Twilight Journal — must be unwritten in and in original packaging
- Ritual Stack Cards — all cards must be present and undamaged
- Dusk Frequency Collection — eligible for return only if the download has not been accessed
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, are missing components, or have been damaged after delivery due to customer handling. Custom or personalised orders may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at infocenter@strongchfaunaiu.world or call +61882622086 within the return period. Please include your order details, the reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. We will provide return instructions and a reference number.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the return is due to our error or a product defect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within five to ten business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and any price difference will be communicated before processing.
Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us within seven days of delivery with photographs of the issue. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products that fail to meet consumer guarantees.
